Despite many people on this page, I don't want Sandy and Mike to break up, or Lucy and Mike to get together. To put it simply, Lucy and Mike were never meant to be. They rejected each other, one way or another, and Sandy makes Mike happy. Who are we, the readers, to intrude on their comical happiness? To do that would be to say that his happiness is wrong, and it is not.
